The city of Florence, in partnership with Showcase Tuscany, host dinners with recipes, products and wines from Elba island where the chef will be featured in the kitchen of Florentine colleague, with spaces for "interpretations" for four hands.
Each dinner will focus on a local product and a local wine selected by ElbaTaste, the consortium of companies that deals with promotion of enogastronomy Island of Elba and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
