YOUNG of the Sormani Library in Milan, the inauguration of the exhibition of original drawings will be held
of the illustrated book BEAUTY SAVES’ THE WORLD – Twenty stories of ecocreative women for one
sustainable future, published by Navarra Editore, written by Caterina Misuraca, Rossella Aucelli and Valentina
Martin and illustrated by the artist Anna Fabrizi.
The book designed for children, come on 7 at one hundred years old, it's about a special school Missione Fantastica
(tribute to maestro Rodari) on a trip to discover the No Waste Museum, a magical place where
little girls and boys will meet 20 Italian women personally involved in projects they have
care about the fate of the planet. Twenty contemporary women who with their work carry forward a
Fantastic Mission combining ethics and aesthetics. Twenty examples of contemporary women whose lives
they offer the opportunity for a layered story of environmental and social sustainability (from illustrious examples of
green circular economy projects to the issue of Equal Opportunities, up to violence against women
which gives no respite. A layered tale following a great Fantastic Mission: educate to
Beauty because educating about beauty is a contribution to Peace!
They will be on display 25 original plates signed by the artist Anna Fabrizi who took care of the illustrations
dell’albo. A poetic story through images that gave poetry and emotion to the stories collected by
autrici. The original drawings of the artist and designer Anna Fabrizi will be on display at the beautiful
YOUNG SPACE of the prestigious Sormani Library. An unmissable journey towards watercolours, colors,
le forme, women who almost become little fairies, each with a super power that is their own
talent. Each personally committed to protecting the world (as translated from the cover of
libro) because time is up, we can't wait any longer, the future depends on today.
