The Gruppo Publicis announces the acquisition of Ambito5, social media agency leader in Italia. Founded in 2003 of Max Brondolo, Ambito5 is a new model of agency whose mission is to create, develop and activate social experience – online e offline – that expand the brand and the business customer.
With its 45 employees, Ambito5 works with leading brands including Costa Cruises, Barilla, DirectLine, L'Oreal, Decathlon, Metzeler and Swatch - helping them to create very effective social communication projects.
Ambito5 will be integrated into Saatchi & Saatchi Italia, the most awarded creative agency in Italy at the Festival of Creativity in Cannes and ADCI the past three years. E 'from 2011 that the two companies work together on key customers such as Toyota, Lexus, Enel, Procter & Gamble, Intesa Sanpaolo and Ferrarelle.
The current management of Ambito5 is confirmed: Giuseppe Mayer retain the role of General Manager, while Max Brondolo will be the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Italy Caiazza will be appointed with the delegation of powers.
