GREEN CITY MILANO 2016, from 13 to the 15 May 2016, participatory event and spread dedicated to green, sponsored by the City of Milan and produced by H with the support of the main sponsor Coop Lombardia and Irritec, that this year will see around 300 events scheduled throughout the city, made by more than 120 organizers private citizens, associations, committees and companies.
edition that, inspired by the fil rouge theme "Nature enters the city" to highlight the importance of the green that makes space in the urban dimension, tip even more on the popular festival formula, involving all areas of Milan with many events related to the green world and dedicated to those who daily cares. parks, shared gardens, vegetable gardens, cascine, private courtyards will be open to the public. They will be realized workshops for children, bicycle routes, walks, meetings, yoga in the parks and many other educational events and entertainment to discover new places in the city.
For the opening and closing of Green City Milan 2016 We will be organized two special moments. Inaugurating the three-day will in fact – Friday 13 May from hours 14:00 – a colorful Flower Market in Milan BASE, the city that will host some florists, involving the Milanese in a grand opening celebration – starting from 18:30 – with aperitif and music themed green between flowers, colors and the unmistakable prints of designer Lisa Corti.
