It Studio Stefania Miscetti presents the sample From the Earth to the Moon. Architectures and imaginary landscapes on paper, by Simona Etiquette and Emilia Giorgi, that summons some of the most interesting international architectural firms: Italians 2A P / A and Fabio Alessandro Fusco, i francesi Map Office da Hong Kong, i tedeschi Raumlaborda Berlino and young Brazilians Miniature The San Paolo, for the first time in Italian.
The visionary of the book From the Earth to the Moon is an opportunity to propose a reflection on the construction of an imaginary that becomes an instrument of prefigurazionedi new possible scenarios and architectural and urban.
Each study is required to submit only one project illustrated by one or more drawings and accompanied
from a short story as an additional research tool, to emphasize the narrative of the exhibition.
The title of From the Earth to the Moon will also want to suggest the infinite possibilities of setting projects - underwater, on earth, as the moon-thanks to which we will see the construction of architecture and landscapes of invention, of ancient cities as contemporary metropolis, capable of interpreting an urban multiple and complex, in all its facets evolving. A free search, conducted alongside the design process of the profession, with which architects and designers have always comparing, with often surprising results.
During the opening there will be an opportunity to think about the issue during a talk, with contributions by Pippo Ciorra and Gianluigi Ricuperati, with which it intends to offer new points of view beyond the disciplinary boundaries.
BLACK accompany the show for its entire duration publishing on its website the contributions and insights pertaining to authors and projects on display. You will see the designs online and read the stories told by the architects according to another variation of the theme.
