The Clerici Tessuto group, reference company in the segment of high-end textiles for clothing, accessories and furniture, is preparing to celebrate its own 100 years in business, thanks to an excellent performance in the financial year just concluded. The turnover 2021 in fact it stood at more than that 51 millions of euro, in crescita del 22% on the previous year and with a significant return to profit after the difficult period linked to the pandemic and the measures required to deal with it.
States Stefano Bernasconi, CEO of Clerici Tessuto: “We are very satisfied with the resilience demonstrated by the company as it prepares to celebrate its own 100 years of activity with an eye firmly turned to the future. Already in 2022 we would like to return to pre-crisis volumes, with a turnover of approx 70 millions of euro, however our ambitions and estimates will be conditioned by the profound uncertainty of the markets and the macroeconomic consequences of the ongoing conflict".
The top management of the Group, with the aim of deepening collaboration with its high-end customers and making its products increasingly performing, are continuing to invest in research and development, to finalize proposals capable of simultaneously responding to sustainability needs, performance and aesthetics required by the most demanding customers.
